Step-by-Step Application

1. Cleanse Your Skin: Wash the area you intend to moisturize, as water can dry out the skin.
2. Apply to Damp Skin: After washing, gently pat your skin dry, leaving it slightly damp. This helps the lotion absorb better and locks in moisture.
3. Dispense a Small Amount: Start with a small amount of hemp lotion in your palm, as it can be concentrated.
4. Massage into Skin: Gently massage the lotion into your skin using circular motions.
5. Focus on Dry Areas: Pay special attention to arid areas, such as elbows, knees, and heels.
6. Allow to Absorb: Give the lotion a few minutes to fully absorb before getting dressed.
7. Reapply as needed: Apply the lotion as often as your skin feels dry or itchy throughout the day.
